    DINE-IN POLICY

  • 2-hour limit.
In courtesy of waiting guests, we have a 2-hour limit starting the time you are seated. Don’t worry, we promise you will have more than enough time to fulfill all your kbbq desires!

  • All members of the group must be dining-in
Being an all-you-can-eat concept, we charge by head for each patron who sits in at the table. If a guest in your group will not be eating, please be courteous and let your server know at the start of your meal.

  • Leftovers are not permitted to be taken to-go.
We do not carry to-go cups or containers in house - we apologize for the inconvenience.

  • Max 4 split checks per group.

  • 20% service charge is added to parties of 6+.

RESERVATIONS / SEATING

  • We accept reservations for parties of 8 or more.
Reservations must be made at least 2 hours in advance. We are only able to hold your table until 15 minutes past the time of the booking, please encourage everyone to come on time!

  • We take walk-ins on a first-come-first-serve basis for smaller groups - you may also cut the wait and call us to join our call-ahead list.

  • Entire group must be present to be seated
This is to ensure all guests get enough time to enjoy their
meal within the 2 hour limit. If you are next on the waitlist but your group is still incomplete, don’t worry! We will hold your place in line and seat you at the next available table onceeveryone arrives.

  • We can not guarantee seating arrangements for unannounced guests.
Our grills are integrated in to the building structure and can not be rearranged to accomodate for unexpected members. If extra space/seating is unavailable at the table, guests may have to be seated separately. Please notify us as soon as possible regarding changes to the size of your group. Please ensure all arriving guests are aware of the 2-hour limit.

SAFETY GUIDELINES

  • DO NOT touch any inner grill parts, they may be VERY HOT.

  •  If a grill catches on fire, lean back and wait for assistance.
DO NOT attempt to extinguish the flame on your own.

  • Grills may "POP" due to metal reacting with heat. If you hear

popping, lean back & LOOK DOWN to prevent eye exposure.
